How LeadFixer uses your information

Information we collect

When you request a lead-leak audit, we collect the name, business name, work email address, and any telephone number, website or enquiry information you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, perform the audit, discuss LeadFixer services and maintain an appropriate record of the relationship. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract and, where appropriate, our legitimate interests in responding to and managing business enquiries.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and may be processed by the email provider used to notify us. We do not sell your information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate the service, or where the law requires us to do so.

Retention

We normally retain unsuccessful enquiries for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Customer records may be kept longer where needed for the contract, security, accounting or legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and opt out of direct marketing at any time. Email hello@leadfixer.net. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
